DCU Alpha currently provides contemporary workspace for a 500-strong knowledge workforce. The campus is designed to accommodate innovative businesses and high-skilled talent in even greater numbers over the next 5-10 years. Development of the site in accordance with our Campus Masterplan will enable us to house up to 100 companies and 1000 employees in 500,000 sq. ft of workspace by 2025. Strategic partnerships will allow us to achieve our vision of creating a connected hardware incubator, expanding our co-working space and delivering on key “innovation infrastructure”.
Vibrant Location
DCU Alpha is strategically located between Dublin City Centre and its International Airport. Tenants enjoy a verdant and natural working environment, minutes from two of Ireland’s most popular tourist attractions, Glasnevin Cemetery and the National Botanic Gardens. The Gardens and Tolka River walkway are ideal for open-air breakouts and walking meetings. For lunch and coffee you have the bright and busy ALPHA Cafe, the new and highly rated The Washerwoman, McMahon’s of Botanic Avenue and the Garden Tearooms.
Dublin Bus 83 stops at the campus gates and a new Metro station is proposed for nearby Griffith Avenue. DCU and its research, entertainment and fitness facilities are 800metres from your office.
